Stephane Dion responds to Harper's address from his undisclosed location

Temporary Liberal party leader and aspiring Prime Minister of Canada Stephane Dion addressed the nation last night. The quality of the video you see above is not bad because it is on YouTube, it is because Dion sending his message hiding out in a cave in some desolate part of Canada. Intelligence officials are trying to determine whether the tape is genuine and whether it contained any secret messages to his supporters. Dion is thought to have a fighting chance to take over the government of Canada next week in a coup that has been in the works for weeks.

As for the tape - "I apologize for what happened tonight. I apologize for the poor quality and the lateness. I am livid and am doing an investigation as to how this happened," Johanne Senecal, Dion's Chief of Staff, said to CTV News.
