Me "The cell phone data plan you are offering is more expensive than if I just moved to Rogers and bundled my digital cable, internet and cellphone"
Client services "We don't offer bundling discount since we don't have those other services"
Me "If I have all services on Rogers, it is cheaper than having 2 services on Rogers and 1 on Telus. So reduce the Telus prices so I can stay with Telus"
Client services "You have been a client since 2004, are you telling me that you are going to go to Rogers to save $5 a month?"
Me "Yes."
Client services "I don't believe you. That doesn't make sense"
Consider why Telus is going to lose the Ontario market to Rogers
1. Rogers can offer bundles of cable, internet, home phone, mobile phone and more
2. Rogers has the iphone
3. Rogers uses GSM
4. Rogers has better distribution channels
5. Rogers customer service can't really be much worse than Telus'

so telus was right. u didn't switch to save 5 bucks.
telus also told me to switch to rogers when their internet didn't work.
how was telus right? i would immediately switch to rogers if i could save $5 by bundling my cable, internet and cell phone.
but it doesn't make sense...you've been with telus for a long time
i don't get it? my contract is expiring. if i actually had rogers cable and internet, why wouldn't it make sense for me to switch if it were cheaper?
