Greenstein declines to run it twice, loses $0.5M

Dwan, is my favourite player on high stakes poker currently.

In this hand, both players are all in on the flop.
Dwan "Do you want to run it twice?"
Greenstein (who never runs it twice) "No. do you want to take back 200k?"
Dwan "No"

Dwan goes on to win the $1M pot

dwan offered to make the hand into 2 hands. which means deal the turn and river for the 1st hand. and then deal another turn and river for the 2nd hand. in order to win the entire pot, the player must win both times.
